Unfortunately not, as we specialise in high-end accommodation and leave the restaurants and cafes to others who know their craft. Scandi at Maleny is essentially self-contained accommodation, and you will find all the facilities you need in your cabin. Just grab your food on your way in.

In Maleny Central, you'll find the Maleny IGA, Maleny Food Co, Chemist, Butcher, cafes and restaurants, as well as other specialty stores. Maleny Central is just 9.5km away from Scandi.

The fireplace is available from April to October, and we also supply you firewood with our compliments. Instructions on using the fireplace are provided in our app. You assume all responsibility and liability for using the fireplace during your stay.

Scandi at Maleny has all the facilities to ensure you don't need to leave your cabin once you have settled in. We love our food, so the kitchen is very well-equipped and seats up to four people around the table. You'll find a full-sized fridge & freezer, dishwasher, microwave, induction cooktop, electric oven, high-quality cookware, dinnerware and glassware, including a Nespresso coffee machine that will promise a great start to your day with plenty of compostable pods. Scandi at Maleny doesn't have any safety measures to protect children or pets, and due to the delicate nature of our interiors, we have chosen to keep the cabin an adult-only, pet free retreat.

For the nature lovers, we have shared use of 300 acres of magnificent Hinterland countryside complete with trails and the headwaters to the Mary River and tranquil areas to explore. For music lovers, we have a high-end Sonos sound system. For movie buffs, we have a Samsung digital 4k TV with all the apps you can imagine. Even better, for those who want to immerse themselves in the tranquillity of the cabin, there is a full-size 'cocoon' style bathtub with caddy to soak your stresses away.

Absolutely! Everything from in-house massage treatments to grazing platters can be organised or catering for special occasions. Please give us at least 72 hours notice, and we will work with you to accommodate your requests.

Scandi at Maleny is a pleasant and scenic 12-minute drive (9.5KM) from Maleny Central.

We have a bitumen road and driveways from the main road right to the carport of your cabin. There is a carport immediately in front of your cabin for all-weather convenience, which facilitates up to 2 sedan-sized vehicles.

The entire cabin is on one level, with no stairs, but please talk to us to answer any specific questions you may have.

Our 1 Bedroom option comfortably sleeps 2 adults in a king-sized bed with a full-sized bathroom. Our 2 Bedroom option sleeps up to 4 adults, with a king-sized bed in each of the 2 bedrooms as well as a full-sized bathroom attached to each bedroom.
